Some problems cannot wait for a keynote.
When workplace culture starts affecting your people, performance, and reputation, you need more than a meeting, or hope. You need a clear path forward.
The investigation nobody wants to run. The leader everyone works around. The resignation letter that told the truth on its way out the door. The thing that happened in March that still has not been dealt with.
Jess Pettitt partners with businesses, educational institutions, nonprofits, and associations to identify the root causes of workplace culture challenges and develop practical strategies that create healthier, stronger organizations.
Jess is your map and your guide.
Book a Free 30-Minute ConversationEvery workplace has challenges. Some are small enough to work through internally. Others become expensive, distracting, and increasingly difficult to ignore. That’s when an outside perspective can make all the difference.
Jess helps organizations step back, understand what’s really driving workplace conflict or cultural friction, and develop practical solutions that leaders can confidently implement. Whether the issue involves communication, leadership alignment, employee concerns, organizational change, or an overall culture that no longer reflects your values, Jess provides experienced guidance that helps organizations move from uncertainty to clarity—and from reaction to intentional action.
Every organization is different, which is why every advisory engagement begins with understanding your unique situation. Before recommending a strategy or long-term engagement, Jess takes the time to assess what’s happening, identify the underlying challenges, and determine the most effective path forward. That process begins with the Foundation Audit.

The Foundation Audit
Every organization is different, which is why every engagement starts with understanding your unique situation. The Foundation Audit is the first step—a focused assessment designed to identify what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and where your leadership team should focus first.
During a three-hour working session, Jess meets with your key senior leaders to explore your organization’s challenges through the five leadership commitments: Make the Numbers, Hold the Line, Earn the Room, Plant the Flag, and Outlast the Cycle. Together, you’ll evaluate the six Elements of Culture, identify areas of misalignment, and determine which issues are creating the biggest impact on your people, your leadership, and your business.
Within five business days, you’ll receive a detailed report outlining the findings, prioritizing the most important opportunities, and providing a practical roadmap for the next 30 days. You’ll also receive Jess’s honest recommendation about what comes next. Sometimes that recommendation is that your team has everything it needs to move forward on its own. More often, the Foundation Audit becomes the blueprint for deeper work together—but only if that’s what will create the greatest value for your organization.
The goal isn’t to hand you a generic framework. It’s to give you clarity, priorities, and a practical path forward that fits your organization.
Three Engagements. Your Path.
Your Diagnostic score tells us which one fits. Every engagement is a fixed professional-services fee, scaled to the size and scope of your organization and quoted in writing before we begin. The fee does not move after we start. There is no haggling and no upsell pressure.

The Response Engagement
Triage, contain, rebuild, in that order. You have my undivided attention three days a week for the first two weeks, and I am within reach any time of day for the full month. By the end, the fire is out and the rebuild is staffed by people you trust to finish it.
- Press, media, community, and industry facing responses
- An emergency kit
- Now what plan development
- You exhale sooner

The Readiness Program
For the leader who wants the work done before anyone reports the smell of smoke or notices a single flame. We put the leaders and procedures in place around you. We align your norms with your mission. We prioritize the defenses together until the system monitors and adjusts on its own, and you and your team are on offense.
- Early response
- Internal recognition of the reality of your status
- Preparation before the fire department is called
- Insurance for what is next

The Alignment Program
A maintenance engagement rooted in our working relationship. We pick the area that hurts most. We check in weekly. We rebuild an aligned workplace culture from the foundation up and replicate the work outward across your team. By the end, the situation that brought you here is no longer a situation.
- Celebrate what is strongest and keep it
- It does not have to be a problem to you to be a problem
- Practice your responses so you are prepared for anything
- Builds trust and confidence, because clarity is kindness
What This Costs
Let’s skip the awkward pricing conversation. One of the first questions every client has is about pricing, so let’s answer it upfront.
Every engagement is quoted as a fixed professional services fee based on the size, complexity, and scope of your organization. You’ll receive a written proposal before any work begins, so you’ll know exactly what’s included and what to expect.
Once we agree on the scope, the fee doesn’t change. There are no surprise invoices, hidden charges, or pressure to add services you don’t need. My goal is simple: provide clarity from the beginning so you can focus on the work, not the contract.
Discretion Is the Deal
Discretion is the same at every tier. NDAs are signed before the work begins. There is no public client list. The work does not appear in your annual report. Your competitors do not know you called.
This is private, and confidentiality is non-negotiable.
One conversation. No commitment.
If the Diagnostic says you need me, you will know it before I do.
