A pattern is screaming at me so I want to name it because I believe you might be screaming too. This is a trying time. Trying right now is exhausting if not trying. Trying to try has gotten us this far, and it is A LOT to ask to keep trying to try. So what do you do when trying to try to build bridges, find a way, manage limited resources, function understaffed, exist overworked, and long for connections with others that just end up feeling hurt? This is the closest tool I have found that helps me, and I would be lying if I said it worked 100% of the time. It doesn’t, but maybe it helps some of the time.
