“Our Equity Task Force was established with the initial goal of advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workforce. With the help of Jess, we implemented a very successful small group assessment training program to help us to understand how we view ourselves versus how others view us. The training also helped us to create and implement an actionable corporate wide plan for meeting people where they are and helping them to get to where they aspire to be. Jess is hilarious which goes a long way in easing the tension of what can sometimes be difficult discussions. The webinars provided an opportunity for us to improve our personal and professional relationships through self-reflection and gain a better understanding of different cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives.”
